💣The Final Project Meeting of the European Project was successfully held in (Galicia, Spain), on August 28-29th 2025, organised by the Centro Tecnolóxico da Carne.
✅The meeting was attended by all the partners.
✅In addition, Ana Hermosilla, representing Campofrío (associated partner), was invited, and Rafael de Paz (International Project Office) was also present. On behalf of the Director, Emilio Gonzalez from the hosting centre welcomed the partnership.
🔝The results of the different work packages were presented, as well as the final outcome of the project, the which is now freely accessible at http://innomeatedu.unileon.es

💯During the meeting, the facilities of CTC were shown to the attendees, and a visit to Novafrigsa https://www.coren.es/novafrigsa/, located in Lugo,Galicia, associated partner was made. The project team is grateful for this.
