Day 2 was a captivating experience for teachers, with a lineup of fascinating topics. From exploring the realm of Artificial Intelligence in Education to nurturing Creative Thinking, we delved into the depths of Pedagogical Supervision versus Mentoring.
But that's not all! We also explored crucial subjects such as the health and well-being of teachers, tackling cyberbullying head-on, and understanding the intricacies of mentoring for mentors. Plus, we shed light on dyslexia—what it truly entails and how we can offer unwavering support to those affected.
We genuinely hope you relished every moment spent with us at the LOOP conference. Your presence and engagement made it an unforgettable experience for us!

Efstathia Pantazopoulou, a dedicated educator, will be sharing her expertise in the panel discussion on the "LOOP project - steps, pathways, and results." With over a decade of experience in Private Education, Efstathia has been actively involved in both teaching and academic pursuits.
As a PhD Candidate at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Department of Educational Studies, Efstathia's research interests revolve around students' cognitive development, Special Education, STEAM, and ICT in Education. She specializes in the Braille system, particularly in writing and reading for blind individuals. Fluent in Greek, English, and French, she has developed educational materials and conducted seminars and workshops in both General and Special Education.
Efstathia's contributions extend beyond the classroom. She has participated in numerous national and European research programs, presenting scientific articles in conferences and journals on Pedagogical Sciences, Teaching, and Innovative Educational Practices. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes the uniqueness of each child and the teacher's role in inspiring inquisitive and agile learners.

Eirini Bompolou holds a B.A. in English and Greek Language and Literature from the University of Athens, as well as an M.Ed. in TESOL from the Hellenic Open University. With approximately 20 years of teaching experience in Greek Secondary Education, she is currently appointed at the 1st Experimental Middle School of Athens, located in the vibrant area of Plaka, in the city center.
Throughout her career, Eirini has actively participated in various environmental education and cultural projects, as well as numerous eTwinning and Erasmus+ initiatives. Her scientific interests include using technology in the EFL classroom, alternative assessment methods, and Adult Education. She is an accredited Adult Education teacher and has also volunteered as a teacher trainer in online seminars.
Eirini is fluent in English and French, and she has a working knowledge of German and Spanish. Outside of her professional life, she takes pride in being a mother of two sons. During her leisure time, she enjoys activities such as hiking and cycling, and she has a passion for listening to music, reading literature, and watching theatrical performances or films.
Eirini Bompolou will be participating in the round table "LOOP project - Steps, pathways and results". Her vast experience and expertise will contribute valuable insights to the discussions surrounding the project and its impact on education.
We look forward to Eirini's participation and the knowledge she will share during the conference.

Aurelia Schera, project manager at CESIE, will participate in the panel "LOOP project - steps, pathways, and results."
With expertise in managing Erasmus+ projects and a focus on creative learning opportunities, Aurelia plays a vital role in driving impactful initiatives.
With over a year of experience in European planning and managing Erasmus+ projects for various entities, Aurelia has been actively involved in inclusive education and active citizenship. She has also contributed to the creation of a training hub for an Interreg MED Italy-Tunisia project, supervised projects for the Council of Bologna, and worked on a Horizon project.
Aurelia holds a master's degree in Political Science from the University of Bologna, as well as a second-level master's degree from the Department of Philosophy at Roma Tre.

We are delighted to have Nilza Jardim as the moderator for our panel discussion on "The Impact of Peer Mentoring in the Education System."
Nilza Jardim currently serves as the Coordinator of the Pedagogical Innovation Center at Casa do Professor. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Porto. Additionally, she has pursued postgraduate studies in Special Education Psychology at the University of Minho and specialized in Quality and Management of Social Organizations at the Lusíada University. Furthermore, she has also engaged in doctoral studies in Psychology at the University of Minho.
With a diverse professional background spanning various fields, Nilza Jardim has been actively involved in the educational, clinical, and organizational contexts since 1993. Her expertise and experience bring a wealth of knowledge to our panel discussion, ensuring a stimulating and informative conversation about the impact of peer mentoring in the education system.
As the moderator, Nilza Jardim will facilitate insightful discussions among our esteemed speakers, fostering a dynamic exchange of ideas, experiences, and best practices related to peer mentoring.
