Exploring new spaces together is one way we help young adults build confidence, connection, and trust in themselves. This climbing gym offered everything from towering walls to a fully equipped fitness area, giving each person the chance to choose their own level of challenge while still staying connected to the group.

Experiences like this support emotional regulation, resilience, and a sense of capability, all essential parts of the Echo journey.

Day two in Gerês 🌿
We hiked higher into the rocky terrain, absolutely stunning views all around! The trail ended at a quiet little lake, where we had lunch under the old oak trees. Such a peaceful finish to a challenging and beautiful day. 🌳 ☮️😌

First day in Gerês! Our group hiked a stunning trail through the national park, explored a hidden waterfall, and finished the day soaking in natural hot springs. A perfect start to our Portugal adventure! 💦🌄

Art projects are coming along beautifully at Echo Portugal! These creative afternoons give our young adults space to explore self-expression, focus, and reflection, all while connecting through shared creativity. 🌿🎨✨

First stop on our Lisbon adventure the Science Museum! Loved spending the afternoon exploring and soaking up inspiration. 🔬💡🇵🇹

We volunteered at Hello Whiskers and spent the afternoon socializing kittens 🐾💛
Between tiny paws and loud purrs, our group got a dose of joy while giving back to the local community.

Spain Abroad took us to the vibrant city of Málaga 🌆. We explored the historic Alcazaba fortress on a guided tour, wandered through the inspiring Picasso Museum 🎨, and ended the evening at Estepona beach with a golden sunset session by the sea 🌊✨. A perfect close to an unforgettable trip!
