A journey back to yourself, held by the ocean.

This September, I’m opening spaces for two beautiful Reiki trainings — created for those who feel called to deepen their connection with Reiki, healing, intuition and self-awareness.

REIKI LEVEL I - 10-15pm
18th September

REIKI LEVEL II 10-14.30pm each day
20th & 21st September

Both trainings will be held in a beautiful villa overlooking the ocean and river — a peaceful space to learn, connect, receive and deepen your practice.

Whether you’re beginning your Reiki journey or ready to take your practice to the next level, you are warmly welcome. 🤍

What if you don't need to escape your body… but come back into it?

So many of us live from the mind — thinking, analysing, processing, or anticipating — while becoming increasingly disconnected from what we're actually feeling.

Reiki Psychic Surgery is not about leaving the body.

It's about coming back into it.

Its in coming back into presence.and feeling more grounded. Also becoming aware of the beliefs, patterns and energetic imprints that shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us.

For women especially, there is so much wisdom in returning to the body, its rhythms, fluids, cycles and innate knowing.

If you've been feeling disconnected, ungrounded, or stuck in your head and simply feel that something needs to change then this could be for you.

Two of my Reiki Psychic Surgery sessions have already been booked this week, and I'm so looking forward to working with those beautiful souls.

It reminded me how often we wait until we're completely exhausted before giving ourselves permission to receive support.

You don't have to wait until you're at breaking point.

If you've been feeling emotionally overwhelmed, energetically drained, stuck in old patterns, or simply not quite yourself, sometimes creating space for healing is the greatest gift you can give yourself.

I now have 3 online Reiki Psychic Surgery sessions remaining over the next couple of weeks.

Have you ever walked into a room and instantly felt drained or heavy... even though you were fine just moments before?

Many people are incredibly sensitive to energy without even realising it. Over time, we can carry way too much stress, emotions, and energetic patterns that don't belong to us or that we've held onto far longer than we needed to, or that we dont know how to let go of them.

One of the things I love most about Reiki Psychic Surgery is witnessing the shift that can happen when those energetic layers begin to release, and belief systems dissolve..

Clients often tell me they feel freer, lighter, calmer, clearer, and more like themselves after a session. Everyone's experience is unique, but it's always an honour to guide these sessions.

That's why in my Reiki Psychic Surgery sessions, we don't just work on changing your mindset. We work with the body, the nervous system, and the stored emotions underneath the belief. Because when the root dissolves abd the emotions are felt, the belief no longer needs to exist.
