Heart-Womb Awakening Online Immersion

We will be practicing together for 1 Moon Cycle, from Full Moon to Full Moon dedicated to these topics:

1. Week - Hridaya - the Spiritual Heart
2. Week - the Womb
3. Week - Sexual Healing
4. Week - Conscious Creation & Menstruation

- Weekly video lectures
- Daily relaxing and nourishing body practices (around 45 min long) that you can practice any time of the day
- Weekly Rituals
- Daily guided Hridaya Mediation (30 min) that you can practice any time of the day

Every Sunday we meet for a live Sharing Circle via Zoom in which you can receive personal support and guidances

We are so happy that the amazing Singer and Songwriter Ana Pomar will bless us with her presence during the Voice of the Heart Womb Retreat!

Ana is working with prayer, ritual and the shamanic arts since many years and will share her wisdom with us during a ritual dedicated to Mother Earth.

This 5 Day Retreat for woman is a prayer to come back to our Womb-Center and merge these powers with the unconditional love and compassion of our hearts!

Personally and collectively we are yearning for healing and balance and our Wombcenter is a powerful storehouse of ancient wisdom that can guide us in restoring inner and outer harmony.

We will be facilitating our Voice as tool to connect and open to the Heart-Womb.

The voice helps us to tune into ourselves and sense where it needs more opening and where we are in need for softness and healing.
And at the same time, the voice is a powerful teacher that helps us to find and express our truth.

The biggest teaching I receive in the partnership with Xavier is how deeply healing a relationship can be when we are committed to infuse each other with love, compassion and emotional safety.



We both bring pain of betrayal, mistrust and abuse from past relationships and in some moments these old scars get triggered.



Our spiritual practice greatly helps us to remain lucid in these moments when old pain surfaces.

Instead of projecting, destroying and creating more pain, we learn to hold space for each other. 

To act from a place of love and openness rather than to react from a place of pain.


Through meditation we learn to take a step back from personal stories and let a universal awareness guide us through difficult moments.



Over time a soil of deep trust is created. A soil of relaxation and sweetness in which we planted our tree of love. ✨🌱✨

Each day we are asked to water it and to commit to each others blossoming.
