The first chapter of the “I Read Because” campaign is now live on YouTube!
Created within the REEPLAI project, the campaign brings together voices from across Europe to share what reading brings into their lives — connection, creativity, and discovery.
This first video was filmed in Portugal, at the newly inaugurated Óbidos Reading Park, where children talk about reading as joy, imagination, and belonging.

📖REEPLAI at FÓLIO
REEPLAI joined the in Óbidos for a public forum marking the official conclusion of the project.
Over the past two years, REEPLAI has promoted reading, learning, and cultural exchange across Europe, creating new spaces for cooperation and creative dialogue.
The closing forum brought together our partners to celebrate achievements, reflect on milestones, and explore future collaborations.
On the same day, we proudly inaugurated the Óbidos , a lasting symbol of our commitment to reading and community engagement.
Together, we have shown how international partnerships can connect people, spark creativity, and inspire readers across Europe.
