We are an early-stage SaaS startup with a fresh Minimum Viable Product! CLEVER-Volume is a unique solution to estimate waste in logistic facilities. It’s automatic & green & scalable. CLEVER-Volume team is seeking an operations manager to maximize our startup’s operating capabilities, oversee our business strategy and guarantee our scalability.
…. And yes, the position includes doing odd jobs, answering random questions, taking on small projects that don’t fall to any particular domain, and countless tasks that don’t seem pressing when taken in isolation, but when added up are essential to CLEVER-Volume!

Main Responsibilities
• Designing a business strategy
• Defining product implementation strategies
• Management of supply chain
• Identifying performance improvement strategies
• Employing strategies to ensure company’s growth
• Shaping the marketing initiative

Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or the equivalent experience) with an MBA or,
A degree in business administration (or a related field), with a postgraduation or experience in Tech. fields
• At least 3 years of experience in operations or project management.
• Proven track record of operational excellence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Works autonomously, balances multiple initiatives running in parallel, and proactively solves problems.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Being awesome!
