I think one of the best ways we can do that is recognizing when we're having a moment of stress and kind of acknowledging that and then doing a practice with them in the moment. So it gives them permission, it helps us and it's kind of a win for everybody in the moment. Yeah, but just creating that space between our stress and what how we're responding to it can be really helpful. -Maria Gehl
