I learned early that reaching out didn’t mean being held.
So I stopped expecting. Stopped asking.
Not because I didn’t need… but because I didn’t believe I would receive.

What looks like distance, detachment, or independence
is often just a child who adapted to being unmet.

Avoidance isn’t a lack of feeling—
it’s protection from the pain of not being chosen.

And healing?

It’s slowly learning that it’s safe to stay…
and safe to receive.

This is the work we go deep into in my facilitator training. Message me if you feel called.

You cannot force your body to heal trauma.

No matter how much you “want to let go,”
no matter how many techniques you try—
your nervous system will not allow completion
until it feels safe enough.

And safety isn’t a mindset.
It’s a felt experience in the body.

This is why true trauma healing is slow.
Why it happens in layers.
Why small releases matter more than big breakthroughs.

Each moment of safety creates space
for a small discharge.
Each discharge shifts your system—
into a new state,
a new capacity,
a new way of being.

Over time, your body learns:
it’s no longer stuck.
The response can complete.
The energy can move.

This is how healing actually happens.
Not through force—
but through safety, consistency, and deep attunement.

And if you’ve been living in freeze,
this process asks even more patience.
Because your system first has to learn
that it’s safe to feel at all.

This is the work.
And it changes everything.

If you’re ready to not only heal,
but embody this work and guide others through it—

She was a woman before she was my mother.
A child before she carried me.

She had her own wounds, her own stories, her own silent battles.
And still… she did the best she could with what she knew.

When I stop blaming, I start seeing.
When I stop shaming, I start understanding.

I didn’t just get a mother—
I chose a soul who would help me grow,
to face my karma, to soften my heart,
to break, heal, and become.

Today, I see her as human.
And in that… I find peace.

I wish I knew this sooner…

No one told me healing from a C-section wasn’t just physical.
Seven layers were cut… fascia, tissue, connection—far deeper than the scar we see.

And suddenly, my posture felt different.
My mood shifted.
Even my thoughts didn’t feel like mine.

Because this isn’t just about healing skin—
it’s about restoring the parts of you no one talks about.

If you’re ready to reconnect with your body and support
your healing on a deeper level, i created something to help you.

If you are confused too… you’re not alone.

We hear so much about “self-regulation” — like we’re supposed to calm everything on our own. But your nervous system was never designed to do life in isolation.

There’s a difference between regulating by yourself and being regulated through connection.

Co-regulation is when another person’s presence helps your body feel safe
Self-regulation is how you support yourself from within
And nature? It sits somewhere in between — not a nervous system, but something your body deeply responds to

Maybe that’s why:
• You feel calmer around certain people
• A walk outside shifts your whole mood
• Being alone feels different than feeling supported

Your body is always responding to cues of safety.

So the real question isn’t:
“Why can’t I regulate better?”

It’s:
“Where do I feel safe enough to regulate?”

You don’t have to do it all alone.

This is your moment my sister

Not to keep waiting
but to step into the work you know you’re here for.

The part of you that feels the call to hold others, to guide, to create safe and powerful spaces for women…
she’s ready.

This is more than a training.
It’s a 14-month journey into your body, your truth, and your leadership.

A space where you are first held—
so you can rise to hold others with presence, safety, and integrity.

Through feminine embodiment, trauma-informed practices, and deep inner work, you won’t just learn tools…
you will become the woman who can facilitate transformation.

The woman who trusts herself.
The woman who leads from embodiment.
The woman others feel safe to soften around.

You’re not here to stay small.
You’re here to remember, to rise, and to lead.

If your body is whispering yes… trust it.

Second early bird ends April 20!
