Last week, CITNM participated in the Technical Days event, organized and held by Escola Secundária Marques de Castilho.
We used this time to promote CITNM and the Summer School project, which will happen again in July, to 9th-grade students from Agrupamento de Escolas de Águeda Sul. Registrations for the Summer School are now open.
Our researcher Inês Frada, also made a technical presentation to 10th, 11th and 12th grade students of the Metallurgy and Metalworking Industrial Maintenance technical course under the subject "Free design in foundry", where she disclosed the work developed in the Mobinext project, with the application of 3D-printed sand moulds to produce functional metal parts.

Na passada semana o CITNM participou nas Jornadas Técnicas, evento organizado e realizado pela Escola Secundária Marques de Castilho.
Aproveitámos este evento para divulgar o CITNM e o projeto Summer School, que se voltará a realizar este ano entre os dias 1 e 12 de julho, junto dos alunos do 9º do Agrupamento de Escolas de Águeda Sul. As inscrições para o Summer School já estão abertas.
Ainda houve espaço para a investigadora Inês Frada fazer uma apresentação técnica aos alunos do 10º, 11º e 12º anos do curso técnico de Manutenção Industrial de Metalurgia e Metalomecânica sob o tema “Design livre em fundição”, onde divulgou o trabalho desenvolvido no projeto Mobinext, com a aplicação da técnica de manufatura aditiva de moldações em areia para produção de peças metálicas funcionais.
O CITNM agradece o convite e a oportunidade de contactar com os jovens da cidade de Águeda.
