سعدنا بتنفيذ الخلوة القيادية لفريق Global Communities، والتي ركّزت على ترسيخ مبادئ القيادة الفعّالة وبناء الفرق، وتعزيز الوعي بأهميتهما في خلق بيئة عمل أكثر تعاونًا وانسجامًا وإنتاجية.
وخلال الخلوة، كان لنا دور كـ Facilitators في تصميم وتيسير مجموعة من الأنشطة والتجارب التفاعلية التي أتاحت للمشاركين فرصة التعلم بالممارسة، وتعزيز التواصل، وبناء الثقة، والعمل بروح الفريق.
نعتز بهذه التجربة وبالشراكة مع Global Communities، ونتطلع إلى المزيد من المساحات التي تجمع بين التعلم، التجربة، وبناء فرق أكثر قوة وفاعلية. 🤝
We were delighted to facilitate a leadership retreat for the Global Communities team, focusing on strengthening the principles of effective leadership and team building, and highlighting their importance in creating a more collaborative, cohesive, and productive work environment.
Throughout the retreat, we served as facilitators, designing and facilitating a series of interactive activities and experiential exercises that gave participants the opportunity to learn by doing, strengthen communication, build trust, and foster stronger teamwork.
We truly value this experience and our partnership with Global Communities, and look forward to creating more spaces that combine learning, experience, and the development of stronger, more effective teams.
