The Palestinian Circus is looking for Artists & trainers to share, exchange, and learn in Palestine. 🤸‍♀️✨

We are interested in connecting with people working across different circus disciplines and practices, whether through workshops, performances, artistic residencies, or other forms of artistic exchange.

This is an opportunity to:

✨ Exchange knowledge and practices
✨ Connect through collaborative sessions
✨ Support the growth and development of Palestinian circus artists

📅 Ideal dates: Between October & mid-December 2026
📍 Location: Palestine

This project is part of a collaboration between the Palestinian Circus, Goethe-Institut & Institut français.

بالتعاون بين حديقة الاستقلال ومدرسة سيرك فلسطين، نعلن عن فتح باب التسجيل في دورة جديدة ضمن برنامج المدرب المتنقل.

يتعلم المشاركون الأكروبات، التوازن، المهارات الحركية والعمل الجماعي، بإشراف مدربين محترفين وفي أجواء ممتعة وآمنة. 🌟

📍 المكان: حديقة الاستقلال – رام الله / البيرة
📅 الأيام: الأحد والاثنين
⏰ المجموعة الأولى: 4:00 – 5:30 مساءً
⏰ المجموعة الثانية: 5:30 – 7:00 مساءً

‎🎪 اليوم المفتوح في حديقة الاستقلال
‎ضمن برنامج المدرب المتنقل، وبالتعاون مع حديقة الاستقلال، اختُتمت عشرة أيام من التدريب بيوم مفتوح جمع الأطفال في مساحة للتجربة والحركة والمشاركة.
‎خلال فترة التدريب، شارك الأطفال في مجموعة من تدريبات وفنون السيرك، من بينها الأهرامات، الجمباز،واللعب بالكرات، إلى جانب تمارين التفريغ النفسي، وبناء الثقة، والعمل ضمن مجموعات.

🎪 Open Day at Al-Istiqlal Park

As part of the Mobile Trainer Programme, and in collaboration with Al-Istiqlal Park, ten days of training concluded with an Open Day, bringing the children together in a space for exploration, movement, and participation.
Throughout the training period, the children took part in a range of circus training and disciplines, including pyramids, gymnastics, and juggling, alongside activities focused on emotional release, confidence-building, and group work.

‎خلال الصيف، كان نادي فرعون مساحة للأطفال للتعرّف على فنون السيرك من خلال الحركة واللعب والتدريب.�من الحصص اليومية إلى اليوم المفتوح، نشارككم بعض اللحظات التي جمعت الأطفال معاً خلال المخيم.
‎بالشراكة مع نادي فرعون ودار قنديل وبدعم من جمعية العون الطبي للفلسطينيين (MAP).

‎🎪 خطوة ونص
‎اختتم فنانو سيرك فلسطين جولتهم في بريطانيا مع عرض "خطوة ونص"، بعد تقديم 24 عرضاً أمام أكثر من 12,000 مشاهد، ضمن محطات شملت مسرح سوهو في لندن ومهرجان إدنبرة.

‎يعكس "خطوة ونص" تناقضات حياتنا اليومية؛ خطوة نمضي بها إلى الأمام، ونصف خطوة إضافية نحو الحياة والفرح والاستمرار رغم كل ما يحيط بنا. ويجمع العرض بين الدبكة الفلسطينية وفنون السيرك المعاصرة، في حوار بين التراث والتعبير المعاصر.

‎وجاءت الجولة بالشراكة مع Soho Theatre، DROSOS Foundation، Showponies، Underbelly وMAP.
‎وخلال الجولة، حصد العرض جائزة على جائزة روح مهرجان إدنبرة، لتكون محطة جديدة في رحلة "خطوة ونص" على المسارح الدولية. ❤️

🎪 Step and a Half
The Palestinian Circus artists have wrapped up their UK tour with Step and a Half, presenting 24 performances to more than 12,000 spectators, across venues including Soho Theatre in London and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Step and a Half reflects the contradictions of our everyday lives: one step forward, and a half step towards life, joy, and the ability to keep going despite everything around us. The performance brings together Palestinian Dabke and contemporary circus, creating a dialogue between heritage and contemporary expression.

The tour was presented in partnership with Theatre, Foundation, show poniesUnderbelly Festival and Medical Aid for Palestinians
During the tour, the performance received the Soul of the Fringe Festival Award, marking another milestone in the journey of Step and a Half on international stages. ❤️🎪

أجواء مليئة بالفرح والحيوية من تدريبات الأطفال في المخيم الصيفي، بالشراكة مع دار قنديل في طولكرم وبدعم من جمعية العون الطبي للفلسطينيين (ماب) 🎪

فعلى مدار فصلين تعرف الأطفال على فنون السيرك وتم تدريبهم على تخصصات مختلفه لتتختم هذه التدريبات بيوم مفتوح قدموا فيه عروضا مبهره خطفت الأنظار 🔥

An atmosphere full of joy and vibrancy from the children's training at the summer camp, in partnership with Dar Qandeel in Tulkarm and with the support of Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP)! 🎪

Over the course of two terms, the children were introduced to the circus arts and trained in various specialties. These training sessions concluded with an open day where they presented stunning performances that stole the show! 🔥⁩

Palestinian Circus School - Sarab le 28 nov à Marchin
En arabe, Sarab signifie « mirage ».

Cinq jeunes acrobates de la Palestinian Circus School évoquent la question des impossibles migrations, des libertés rabotées, des identités multiples. Acrobaties au sol, mât chinois, portés… leur engagement et leur énergie sont visibles et sincères, tant dans leur pratique artistique que dans le message qu’ils portent. Sarab est l’histoire d’un siège, d’une survie, et donne à voir ce qu’endurent des individus contraints de vivre et de subsister dans un environnement où insécurité et menaces nourrissent chaque jour un peu plus leurs craintes. Plus engagé que militant, Sarab devient ainsi le point de repère lumineux d’un collectif d’artistes de cirque qui nous propose de cheminer avec eux.
