Rising Voices Fellow Enerys Pagan Olaguibel is catalyzing inspiration among young scientists by hosting scientific workshops for students K-12 in Puerto Rico, supporting more than 2,000 students. “Puerto Rican students have great ideas, but lack resources to compete at an international level,” said Pagan. With a new collaboration in Zambia, Pagan aims to broaden her alliances and expand support for her program. Pagan's book, "Shaping Scientists," is now in its second edition and is available in three languages.
