Hello there!
As many of you know, I haven’t had open classes for the public in a little bit. I will be subbing a colleague and giving two classes this week on which is you giving the chance to come and practice with me!

We will be covering aspects and asanas of the the Muladhara chakra, our base, our sense of safety, and groundedness.

Slide to see this week’s schedule and more info about the root chakra!

Dm for any questions!

See you on the mat!

🤎❤️🤎

I am dancing my way through life. Floating and flowing through the movement, with the wind, and the currents of love.

“I release control, and surrender to the flow, of love, that will heal me.”

This unfolding has been quite difficult to process for me. It has meant that a huge part of myself, weather I wanted it or not had to die, and soon.

Navigating the path on which death creates healing, spaciousness, and rebirth, has been quite challenging. Moving past resistance, fear, and insecurities is not an easy task.

Spring has sprung, and I internally feel it. Some things are changing within.

Grateful for all the love and support from my friends, family, and loved ones. What a beauty it is to be blessed with your presence. 🪶✨

WRITE:

W- What? What do you want to write about? What is present?
R- Reflect. Review your intentions for journaling.
I- Investigate. Be curious about what comes up for you.
T- Time. Take your time to gather your thoughts and sit with whatever is present. It is ok if it doesn’t come through naturally at the beginning. Be patient. Don’t rush the process
E- Exiting. Take a look at your journal. What are the take aways? Exiting the activity with intention might help bring any insights back to your day.

Journaling is one of the best ways for me to connect with myself. It’s a way of channeling my emotions, and observing my train of thought, my words, my actions, and my patterns. It has served as tool to support my healing, and has had a huge impact on my overall wellbeing. Journaling has helped me reduce and control my anxiety which can get overwhelming at times. As I re-read my journals, self-confidence is boosted and I either see how I am walking towards the path of alignment to the best version of myself or it shows me the areas that I am not and provides a deeper insight on how to shift gears and go back towards that path. It is a form for me to achieve and manifest my goals and deepest desires. Journaling is a tool for being present, for building a life that is uniquely mine, it is an authentic way to forward myself in a world of disconnection and escapism.

Here, my friend
caught me journaling after I did a Reiki s attunement on her.
