Well we have arrived at a certain time of the year !!!!!!!! I would

like to invite you to join The Christmas Lace Exchange 2026 , Time to get out your Sparkly thread time !!!!!!!!

I am going to organise our 10h Christmas Lace Exchange. If you would like to invite old and new members to join us in the exchange. Please let me have your postal address to my inbox on messenger , I will allocate you a partner/s and send you there details. You will need to join The Lace Exchange pages of Face Book.

All you need to do is make a Lace Motif ,or Christmas decoration , Your lace can either be bobbin lace ,Tatting , Crochet, Needle lace. Please state what you will make either bobbin lace, Needle lace , Crochet or tatting and how many exchange partners you would like. When you have made your lace , Attach it to a shop bought or handmade card and post to your partner. It does not matter if you are beginner or advance lacemakers , It is fun to take part !!!!!!! , Also take a picture of your piece. When you receive your card and lace , Please take a picture and post on The lace Exchange page. This way your partner can see you have received your exchange, Also other members can see the pieces This Year's Theme is Stars and made made in either White ,Gold , Blue or Silver , The choice is yours As this our 10th Anniversary .

This will be international the times schedule is as follows

Sign up to join By 17th of August 2026.

Partners will be sent out by 8th of September 2026

Cards to be posted by 1st November 2026.

I know some of you will have done/started your piece/s for the exchange , I ask you Please don’t post before the 1st of November , This is not a competition and puts pressure on lacemakers and new lacemaker which not the case.

Take Care Janet at The Lace Exchange.When you have finished you piece/s please take a picture , When you receive your exchange , Please post your pictures on Lace Exchange FB, So all members can see the beautiful pieces made on the The Lace Exchange Page , Which is for members joining the exchange. Please make sure you are commited to carry it through to the end. Sometimes mail goes astray ,But sadly out of my control. When mailing your card , Please ask for a certificate/proof of posting. Then if a exchange gets lost in transit you have proof it has been posted ,It you need any further information , Please contact me. Let the fun Begin !!!!!!
