HONOR HER AT HER MEMORIAL. We encourage you to honor the women who served our nation by learning their stories of service and remembering them at their Memorial.
This Memorial Day Weekend, we honor all who paid the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation and we remember our servicemembers who made the nation a better place because they served. Sadly, they have left our side and gone on before us, but they forever will live on in our hearts and be remembered at their memorial. It is up to us to keep their legacy alive - to say their names, learn about them and their experiences, and share their stories. At the very least, we owe them this small debt of gratitude.
At the Military Women's Memorial, the gateway to Arlington National Cemetery, our nation's most hallowed ground, their memories are all around us and we are reminded daily of how high the price of freedom, how fragile and precious the gift of life, and how plentiful are America's true heroes.
