Good evening to all!
I have received so many messages over the past two years (especially the past six months) concerning education in Puerto Rico and/or homeschooling in Puerto Rico.
As a mother, an educated woman who loves to motive minds, but also keep learning, it pains me to see that so many parents are still equally dissatisfied,as I am, about education.
I am looking to link with other parents to hear ideas. I want to know what is it that is missing!? How can I help in bringing that here? Could I provide that myself? Could I help others while helping my two high school daughters?

I am currently BOOKED for the ENTIRE school year of 2022-2023 📚
My schedule this year is ONLY Monday through Friday. With that said, I have filled my day time positions.
▪️I do have a “waiting list” that I have begun. I have also started to spread the word to other teachers and nannies. The demand is far too much for only myself and I hope to connect you with others who love to educate just as I do!▪️

Join the Scripps National Spelling Bee and compete against other students throughout the island for an opportunity to compete in Washington, D.C.!! The Scripps National Spelling Bee is an annual event that is for students ages 8 to 15. Each year, students go head to head for an opportunity to represent Puerto Rico in the national competition. Are you looking to be coached for your upcoming Bee? Through multiple styles of learning, you can spell words of the highest difficulty with ease.
Remember, spelling is important for three reasons:

•Communication: Spelling is a critical component of communication
•Literacy: Spelling and reading skills are closely related and help develop overall literacy
•Employment: Spelling quality has a direct impact on employment opportunities
*While autocorrect and spelling software has become a given in our lives, the importance of spelling hasn’t lessened – it’s actually never been more important.*

Does your homeschooler enjoy hands on learning? Through science and experiments your child can question the unknown, create the unexplainable and excel through labs designed for your student or group of students.
📚Classes are based upon a module with subtopics. One may choose to purchase the entire 4 week module or class by class. Topics may be requested or you may choose from listed lesson plans.

Example:
Module 1 = Liquids
•Week 1: Explaining acidic and basic liquids
•Week 2: Magnum and Lava; Why is are these two liquids important to earth?
•Week 3: Water; Why is it important? What life can we find in water? How does water benefit Earth?
•Week 4: What is Petroleum and why is this liquid so important to modern day life?

🧪 Each lecture is based on the age and grade level of the child or children. Labs with hands on experiments are included, as well as other materials that may pertain to the lesson.

Saludos a todos!! Mi nombre es Joyce 😊 Soy maestra de educación en el hogar especializada en inglés, lectura, escritura, composición, literatura, ciencia e historia. Mi formación académica es la siguiente: fui educado en casa durante mis 4 años de escuela secundaria a través de la División de Estudios Independientes de Dakota del Norte. Durante mi último año, también asistí a la universidad comunitaria a tiempo completo. Continué estudiando en Marshall University, donde recibí mi título en Psicología con especialización en Sociología. Me mudé a vivir a Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, donde me especialicé en enfermería y terminé con un segundo título en Gestión de información de salud. Tengo 23 años de experiencia laboral como gerente y “trainer” de negocios corporativos. A través de mis años de arduo trabajo y dedicación dentro de la comunidad corporativa, encontré mi salida en la educación en el hogar y desde entonces he prosperado.
