Head Coach Porter has been a martial arts practitioner since 2003 and provides the BJJ, Muay Thai and MMA classes. Coach Porter has given Muay Thai classes in Virginia and was also an MMA Coach. Coach Porter started the Muay Thai program in 2007 at Premier Fight Center, located in Woodbridge. Coach Porter is well versed in the training of BJJ, MMA and Muay Thai and has exceptional skill in regards to explaining the techniques of each martial art.
What a great night of sparring! For the first time at the gym, we even had a few boxing matches.

We recently had the opportunity to demonstrate our love for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai to students at the Escuela Primaria Juan E. Serralles Colón in Coto Laurel, Ponce.
It's always a good sign when the environment is filled with lots of laughter. They had such a good time that we were invited back next year for a follow-up demonstration.
