Felicitamos a @soucapoeirapuertorico y @sarara_capoeirapr por esta iniciativa que fomenta la confraternización, diversión para nuestrxs niñxs. Todxs ganaron al aceptar participar y mostrar sus capacidades y habilidades, les felicitamos. Gracias a lxs maestrxs y capoeristas que se dieron cita y apoyaron a estxs niñxs en sus presentaciones. We present to you the cord system of Grupo Capoeira Brasil. The founding mestres continued to use cords as a way to structure the group, similarly to Grupo Senzala, although they decided to change some of the colors.

Ubuntu: I am what I am because of who we all are. At our Vivência de Capoeira IV: Ubuntu, we invite everyone to explore the community aspect of capoeira and hope everyone will feel the synergy our community brings. We are bringing together for the first time in at least a decade and for the very first time in Chicago, the 3 founding mestres of Capoeira Brasil: Mestre Paulinho Sabiá, Mestre Boneco and Mestre Paulão do Ceará, to celebrate 35 years of Capoeira Brasil. This is to honor a community of people that keeps us strong, and allows us to keep practicing capoeira everyday.
