I started yoga because I was stressed.
I thought I needed a workout, a stretch, a way to relax.
What I didn’t expect was that yoga would change the way I moved through life.
It taught me to slow down.
To listen to myself.
To breathe before reacting.
To become aware of the stories I was telling myself.
The physical practice was only the beginning.
Over time, yoga became a tool for self-discovery, healing, and growth. It helped me build a relationship with myself that I didn’t know I was missing.
Sometimes we begin a journey looking for one thing and end up finding something completely different.
