Our vision is to provide a challenging and innovative bilingual educational program through a devoted and well supported faculty and staff for students who believe in responsible leadership, who have the desire to learn critically, with up-to-date technology resources, a serious and conscientious green-school community and the fundamental compromise to abide by the code of living with values. Our Biology students put the scientific method into practice as they tested solutions for cleaning up an oil spill. Through hands on learning, they developed problem solving, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills.

From science concepts to 3D creations! 🧬💻

Our 6th and 7th grade students used Tinkercad to design three-dimensional models based on concepts studied in science class. By transforming complex ideas into visual models, students strengthened their understanding while developing creativity, critical thinking, and digital design skills.

We proudly celebrate our alumna Elena Vargas Torres, who graduated this summer from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez, with a perfect 4.0 GPA and received three distinguished honors:

🏆 Miguel A. Lugo López Award — highest academic average in the College of Agricultural Sciences
🏆 Ralph S. Garwood Award — outstanding Horticulture student

Elena completed her bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, with a curricular sequence in Plant Biosecurity. Her discipline, perseverance, and commitment to excellence inspire our entire school community.

♻️🎨 STEAM IN ART: CREATING RECYCLED PAPER!

Our students discovered how creativity and sustainability can work together! During Art class, they transformed used paper into brand-new recycled paper while learning about the paper making process.

This hands on STEAM experience combined science, creativity, problem solving, and environmental responsibility, showing our students that discarded materials can become something new and beautiful. 🌎✨

Today, Kamila Ramos presented her short film, El Primer Secreto, at the Puerto Rico Film Festival, held at Teatro Balboa.

Her classmates and teachers surprised her by attending and supporting her exciting debut as a producer, director, and writer. Seeing Kamila bring her vision to the screen reminds us of the incredible things our students can accomplish through creativity, courage, and dedication.
