MLT is looking for students with a graduation date between December 2022 and Spring/Summer 2023.

Deadline: January 15, 2021: Final Career Prep deadline

Career Prep is an 18-month career development program for emerging Black, Hispanic/Latinx and Native American/Indigenous student leaders. Through the program, Fellows explore their strengths, passions, and interests in order to prepare and plan for successful careers in business and tech.

The Career Prep program includes:

Individualized and group career development coaching
Exposure and access to over 60 prestigious employers
Skill development seminars hosted virtually and around the country.

Through the program, Fellows explore their strengths, passions, and interests in order to prepare and plan for successful careers in business and tech. The Career Prep program includes:

For UPRM students that have started their application to Career Prep and have not submitted yet you can still submit after the deadline.

The CP 2022 Deadline is extended to February 14th for ALL Majors.

There is great opportunity for undergrad students in ALL Majors in UPRM for professional development, one on one coaching, exposure to companies outside Puerto Rico, workshops and case studies.

A guaranteed internship opportunities for Summer.
