THE FLOW METHOD™ is setting the standard for Pilates education in Puerto Rico and we are proud to have prepared the only Pilates Mat teacher in Puerto Rico currently holding the NPCP-PMC credential.

And we want this to be only the beginning.

We proudly celebrate an important milestone for The Flow Method and for Pilates education in Puerto Rico.

Our Pilates Mat Program has officially met the eligibility requirements established by the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP), and The Flow Method has been added to the NPCP School Directory.

This recognition confirms that our curriculum meets the educational standards required for graduates to pursue the NPCP-PMC national certification examination.

The Flow Method is currently the first and only Pilates teacher training program created and taught in Puerto Rico to receive this distinction.

What began as a vision rooted in education, integrity, lineage, and community continues to grow into something far greater than we imagined. We are deeply grateful to our students and every person who has believed in our mission from the very beginning.

This is more than a milestone for us. It is a meaningful step forward for the future of Pilates education in Puerto Rico ✨
