José demuestra que el aprendizaje y el crecimiento también ocurren más allá del salón de clases, desarrollando sus talentos, intereses y habilidades a través del deporte.

➗✖️ Technology in the classroom has the greatest impact when it is used with purpose.

In Profa. Benítez’s math class, our new Promethean interactive display became a tool for active learning through a Multiplication Tug of War. 🚩

Divided into two teams, students raced to solve multiplication problems correctly. With every correct answer, the flag moved closer to their side until one team successfully pulled it completely across.

But behind the excitement and friendly competition was something much more important: meaningful and intentional use of technology to support student learning.

Technology is not the lesson—it is a tool that, when used purposefully, can help students practice essential skills, receive immediate feedback, collaborate with their peers, stay actively engaged, and apply what they are learning in new ways.

At Radians, we want our students to experience technology this way: not simply as something they use, but as a resource that enhances how they learn, think, create, and solve problems.

🎨🔬 Cuando el arte y la ciencia se encuentran, el aprendizaje cobra una nueva dimensión.

Nuestros estudiantes de octavo grado participaron en el taller “Ciencia y Conservación del Patrimonio en Acción: talleres para niños y jóvenes”, desarrollado por el Centro de Conservación y Restauración de Puerto Rico (CENCOR), bajo una subvención del Fideicomiso de los Niños.

A través de esta experiencia, los estudiantes exploraron la integración de las artes y las ciencias mientras conocían de cerca la importancia de conservar y proteger nuestro patrimonio.

Experiencias como esta amplían el aprendizaje más allá del salón de clases y permiten a nuestros estudiantes descubrir nuevas áreas de interés, conectar conocimientos y continuar desarrollando las destrezas que los preparan para su futuro.

¡Aprendiendo a comunicarnos con nuestras manos!

Nuestros estudiantes continúan dando sus primeros pasos en American Sign Language (ASL).

En esta ocasión, practicaron cómo saludar, preguntar “¿Cómo estás?” y presentarse diciendo su nombre.

Pequeños pasos que les permiten conectar con más personas y aprender el valor de la inclusión. 💙

Learning comes to life when curiosity meets collaboration! 🔬✨

Mrs. Ruiz’s third-grade students became young scientists as they conducted the Lava Lamp Experiment. Through this hands-on activity, they followed the steps of the scientific method by observing, developing hypotheses, experimenting, and analyzing their results.

As part of our Brother and Sister Program, senior Sebastián Wah joined the class and explained the chemical process that occurs when Alka-Seltzer is added, helping the students understand how the reaction creates the fascinating lava lamp effect.

Experiences like this reflect the Radians vision: younger students discovering through inquiry, older students growing through leadership, and everyone learning together as they prepare for the future.

Back to school—but make it groovy! ✌️🪩

Our Welcome Party, primary and elementary level, took us straight back to the ’70s with great music, colorful looks, lots of laughter, and the best Radians energy. What a fun way to kick off a new school year! 🌼🕺

Where did learning take our students this summer?

From MIT and Columbia University to Georgetown, Georgia Tech, UPR, hospitals, research laboratories, business programs, and film and technology camps, Radians students spent their summer doing much more than preparing for another school year.

They were exploring their futures. 💙
🔬 Conducting scientific research
🩺 Experiencing medicine firsthand
⚙️ Exploring engineering and innovation
💼 Learning about business and entrepreneurship
🎥 Developing filmmaking and drone skills
➗ Discovering mathematics in new ways

Some confirmed a passion they already had. Others discovered new possibilities. All of them took an important step toward understanding what they may want their future to look like.

These are more than summer programs.

They are opportunities to develop curiosity, independence, confidence, leadership, and purpose—and to discover that the possibilities ahead may be much bigger than they imagined.

La familia de doña Adelaida López Alvarado invita a familiares, amigos y miembros de nuestra comunidad a acompañarlos en las Celebraciones Eucarísticas por su eterno descanso.

Las celebraciones se llevarán a cabo en la Parroquia La Merced, del sábado 29 de agosto al domingo 6 de septiembre de 2026, a las 6:30 p. m.

El lunes 31 de agosto, la celebración será a las 6:30 a. m.
