Good morning, CBCS family!

A new week begins and with it, new mercies, new grace, and new opportunities to grow in Him.

As summer days wind down and a new school year draws near, we're thankful for every family, every student, and every moment God has given us. His faithfulness carries us into every season.

Monday has a reputation. 😅 The alarm feels louder, the to-do list feels longer, and last week's unfinished business is still sitting right where you left it.

But here's what Scripture says about this morning: His compassions fail not. They are new every morning. (Lamentations 3:22–23, KJV)

Not recycled. Not leftover. New.

That means today isn't a continuation of last week's stress, it's a fresh delivery of God's faithfulness, waiting at your doorstep before you even poured the coffee. ☕
So take a breath, parents. The God who was faithful through everything behind you is already standing in everything ahead of you.

Great is Thy faithfulness. 🙌

And as summer moves along, remember seats for August are filling. If you're praying about where your child will grow this school year, we'd love to talk.

Earlier this week we talked about showing your children where God is. Before the weekend begins, let's talk about talking. 💬

Not the sit-down, formal kind of talk. The kind that happens when your child asks a question from the backseat. When something on the news makes them wonder. When they're brushing their teeth and suddenly ask why God made mosquitoes. 🦟

Deuteronomy 6:7 doesn't say "schedule a devotional." It says talk of His words when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way. God designed His truth to travel with your family into the kitchen, the car, the everyday.

And here's the beautiful thing about a weekend: two whole days of sitting in your house and walking by the way. 🏡 So don't wait for the "right moment" the moment you're in is the right one.

At CBCS, those conversations don't stop at your front door they continue in the classroom every day.
