🎉💚 WHAT A WAY TO START THE SCHOOL YEAR! 💚🎉

Our first day of school was filled with energy, excitement, dancing, and Puerto Rican pride! 🇵🇷🥁

Our students were welcomed in true Boricua style with the vibrant sounds of batucada and plena, turning their arrival into a celebration they won’t soon forget! From the music and dancing to the parade atmosphere, our campus was ALIVE! 🎶💃🏽🥁

What made the morning even more special was seeing our families, community members, and representatives from different military branches come together to welcome and cheer on our students as they began a brand-new school year. ❤️🤍💙

This is what community looks like. This is what school spirit feels like. And this is only DAY ONE! ✨

2026-27 Free & Reduced-Price Meals

Families living on military installations may be eligible for free or reduced-price school meals for the 2026-27 school year.

Applications opened July 1 and can be submitted anytime. Prior-year benefits continue for up to 30 operating school days; after that, a new application is required.

🚨 DoWEA Americas High School Students & JROTC Cadets — This Is Your Shot! 🇺🇸🏆

The 2026 Patriot Games are here! Outstanding high school athletes ages 14–17 will represent their state or territory in high-intensity challenges testing strength, speed, agility, teamwork, resilience, and leadership.

🏆 One male and one female champion will each win a $125,000 scholarship!
✈️ Selected athletes + one chaperone get an all-expense-paid trip.
📺 The event culminates in a nationally televised primetime special in August 2026.

Military-connected families are encouraged to apply — even if overseas, you can list your home state/territory connections.
