Social campaign 🗣
We have presented the results of our project to the local community – teachers and parents of our students. We showed teachers and parents the leaflet designed and produced by our Computer Graphics Department Grafika - ZSBD Żywiec. We talked about the activities that were undertaken during the whole course of the project and we discussed the importance of ecological education to make people aware of the dangers of climate changes and what can be done to prevent them or at least to lessen them.

A few months difference! How much it has grown 🪴🎍🌱🌿 😁 Our Erasmus+ little GREEN OASIS - a symbol of our project activities ! A reminder of our 4 schools cooperation, partnership and friendship 🤩

Farewell meeting of the project partners 🇵🇱🇪🇸🇹🇷🇫🇷
The last meeting of all the coordinators of our project took place on 26th June 2025. It was a lovely online summary of our cooperation since the beginning of the project in March 2024 or even earlier ;) We talked about our activities and the great time we had together during our two international meetings in Poland and in French Guyane🤩 Each of us said a few words about things we remembered best in those 16 months 😍 It was very successful project that brought not only people and countries but even continents together 🌎😁 We were all very sad when we had to say good bye to our friends 🥹🤗

Even IT students wanted to add some greenery to their surroundings 😆🌳🍃🌲🪴🌿🌾🌷
But first, the project participants prepared a presentation promoting our project and showed it to their peers at school. They also created an occasion for their schoolmates to feel like landscape architects and gardeners 😁 inspired by Żywiec and Macouria schools students, they had a chance to make some drawings and designs of their own ideas for little green oases in the city.
Then the students planted some trees and flowers in the area surrounding their school in other to make their local community greener :D

Promoting our project results in the local community 🙂 In cooperation with the Bielsko-Biała University we prepared en exhibition to disseminate the results of our project among Żywiec Town residents and also guests and tourists visiting our town. Representatives of Żywiec Town Hall and Żywiec District Office authorities participated in the event together with the University teachers and the Żywiec Museum employees. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Projekt Erasmus+ ZIELONE OAZY W MIEŚCIE, to projekt ekologiczny, którego głównym koordynatorem jest Zespół Szkół Budowlano-Drzewnych im. Armii Krajowej w Żywcu. Jego realizację rozpoczęto w marcu 2024 roku. W tym projekcie uczestniczą partnerskie szkoły średnie kształcenia zawodowego z czterech krajów i dwóch kontynentów: z Polski, Hiszpanii i Turcji oraz z Gujany Francuskiej, w Ameryce Południowej.
W projekcie biorą udział uczniowie i nauczyciele Architektury Krajobrazu oraz Grafiki i Poligrafii Cyfrowej. Głównym celem projektu jest podejmowane różnych działań, mających na celu promowanie zielonych oaz w naszym otoczeniu, tworzenie projektów małych zielonych punktów w mieście – mini ogródków, kieszonkowych parków, mini skwerków zieleni, zielonych instalacji takich jak pergole, zielone ściany i dachy.
Jubileuszowy XXV Beskidzki Festiwal Nauki i Sztuki to była świetna okazja, by przedstawić lokalnej społeczności wyniki pracy naszych uczniów, opowiedzieć o naszych spotkaniach partnerskich i o tym, czego się nauczyliśmy dzięki udziałowi w tym projekcie 🌴💚
Dbanie o klimat i przyrodę jest częścią żywieckiej tożsamości, jest jej przyszłością 👍😁

First-year Audiovisual Project and Performance Production students Laura García and Olga Guillot presented the 🌿Green Oasis in the City🌿 project to second-year Intermediate Level students.
They explained the project in detail and showed the 📹two videos📹 they made during the Erasmus+ KA2 project during the two mobility projects: the first took place in June in Żywiec (Poland) and the second in Macouria (French Guiana).
The students' main role was to document the entire project. Watch the videos again. They are fantastic!

Las estudiantes de primer año de Realización de Proyectos Audiovisuales y Espectáculos, Laura García y Olga Guillot, han presentado al alumnado de segundo curso de Grado medio el proyecto 🌿Green Oasis in the city🌿.
Han explicado bien el proyecto y han proyectado los 📹dos vídeos📹 que han realizado durante el proyecto Erasmus+ KA2 en las dos movilidades realizadas: la primera tuvo lugar en junio en Żywiec (Polonia) y la segunda en Macouria (Guayana Francesa).
El papel principal de las estudiantes ha sido documentar todo el proyecto. Volved a ver los vídeos. ¡Son fantásticos!
