TEXTURES AND COLORS OF TRAVELLING

Zapraszamy na wystawę kończącą Szkołę Letnią dla studentów ceramiki z zaprzyjaźnionej uczelni Kyung Hee University w Seulu, Korea Południowa.

Summer School 2016 odbywała się w naszej uczelni przez 3 tygodnie, od 4 lipca. Studenci, którzy przyjechali pod opieką prof. Seung Woog Kima i prof. Wha-Sun Yeo, pracowali pod kierunkiem as. Joanny Opalskiej-Brzeckiej, as. Agaty Gertchen i st.wykł. Macieja Ignaczaka, realizując prace ceramiczne, graficzno-rysunkowe i ucząc się języka angielskiego z zakresu ceramiki.

Zorganizowaliśmy im też wycieczki: do Drezna, Miśni i Jablonca oraz Gdańska, Malborka i Torunia. Studenci zwiedzali muzea i galerie Wrocławia.

Wystawa powarsztatowa odbędzie się w holu budynku CSU.CI przy ul. Traugutta w piątek, 22.07.2016r o godz. 15.30.

TEXTURES AND COLORS OF TRAVELLING

We have the pleasure to invite you to an exhibition which ends the Summer School for students of ceramics from our partner institution Kyung Hee University, in Seoul, South Korea.

The Summer School 2016 has been run in our Academy for 3 weeks, starting July 4th. The students, who have come under supervision of prof. Seung Woog Kim and prof. Wha-Sun Yeo, have been working with the tutors Joanna Opalska-Brzecka, Agata Gertchen and Maciej Ignaczak, realizing ceramic, drawing and printmaking works, as well as studying the English language of ceramics.

We have also taken our guests on trips: to Dresden, Meissen and Jablonec, and to Gdańsk, Malbork i Toruń. The students have visited museums and galleries in Wroclaw.

The show featuring works executed during the Summer School will be held in the lobby of the “new building” CSU.CI in Traugutta street on Friday, July 22nd 2016, at 3.30 p.m.

6.07 & 7.07, trips to Centennial Hall

Summer school is back!! Our friends from Kyung Hee University arrived on 3rd of July, after a big and unfortunate delay, but on Monday morning they came with big smiles and eyes full of curiosity.

They were welcomed in the ASP building on Traugutta street by their ceramic, graphic and English teachers, who introduced them to the subject of this year's Summer School, "Textures and colours". After lunch Korean students and professors took a tour around Wrocław.

We're so happy to have them back here!
