Z radością informujemy, że do naszej firmy dotarła kolejna grupa uczniów w ramach programu Erasmus+, która przez najbliższy czas będzie zdobywać u nas cenne doświadczenie zawodowe. To już następni młodzi praktykanci, którzy wybrali CHEMET jako miejsce swojej zagranicznej edukacji i rozwoju kompetencji technicznych.
To ambitni młodzi rzemieślnicy, przygotowujący się do pracy w zawodach technicznych. Każdy z nich posiada już doświadczenie zdobywane w zakładach produkcyjnych we Francji, co widać w ich profesjonalnym podejściu do pracy.
W trakcie pobytu w CHEMET uczniowie:
🔹 doskonalą swoje umiejętności spawalnicze,
🔹 poznają nowoczesne technologie wykorzystywane w naszej produkcji,
🔹 zdobywają międzynarodowe doświadczenie zawodowe,
🔹 pracują pod okiem naszych specjalistów.

Dzisiaj troszkę teorii i rozmów w sali konferencyjnej. Od jutra więcej praktyki na hali produkcyjnej.
Cieszymy się, że możemy być częścią ich edukacyjnej drogi i wspierać rozwój młodych talentów.
Wierzymy, że takie inicjatywy budują nie tylko kompetencje zawodowe, ale także trwałe relacje i otwartość na międzynarodową współpracę.

Welcome another group of Erasmus+ students to CHEMET! 🌍💙

We are pleased to announce that another group of students has arrived at our company as part of the Erasmus+ programme.
Over the coming weeks, they will be gaining valuable professional experience with us.
These are more young trainees who have chosen CHEMET as the place for their international education and the development of their technical skills.
They are ambitious young craftsmen preparing for careers in technical professions.
Each of them has already gained experience in companies in France, which is clearly reflected in their professional approach to work.
During their stay at CHEMET - the students will:
🔹 improve their welding skills,
🔹 learn about modern technologies used in our production processes,
🔹 gain international professional experience,
🔹 work under the supervision of our experts.

Today is dedicated to a bit of theory and discussions in the conference room.
From tomorrow, there will be more hands-on practice on the production floor.
We are proud to be part of their educational journey and to support the development of young talent.
We believe that such initiatives build not only professional competencies, but also lasting relationships and openness to international cooperation.

Bienvenue à un nouveau groupe d’étudiants du programme Erasmus+ chez CHEMET ! 🌍💙
Nous avons le plaisir d’annoncer qu’un nouveau groupe d’étudiants dans le cadre du programme Erasmus+ est arrivé dans notre entreprise, et qu’ils vont acquérir chez nous une expérience professionnelle précieuse pendant les prochaines semaines. Ce sont déjà de nouveaux jeunes étudiants qui ont choisi CHEMET comme lieu de leur formation à l’étranger et de développement de leurs compétences techniques.
Ce sont de jeunes artisans ambitieux, se préparant à travailler dans des métiers techniques. Chacun d’entre eux possède déjà une expérience acquise dans des entreprises en France, ce qui se reflète dans leur approche professionnelle du travail.
Pendant leur séjour chez CHEMET, les étudiants :
🔹 perfectionnent leurs compétences en soudage,
🔹 découvrent les technologies modernes utilisées dans notre production,
🔹 acquièrent une expérience professionnelle internationale,
🔹 travaillent sous la supervision de nos spécialistes.
Aujourd’hui, un peu de théorie et de discussions en salle de conférence. À partir de demain, davantage de pratique sur le terrain de production.
Nous sommes ravis de pouvoir faire partie de leur parcours éducatif et de soutenir le développement des jeunes talents. Nous croyons que de telles initiatives construisent non seulement des compétences professionnelles, mais aussi des relations durables et une ouverture à la coopération internationale.

A new year marks a new journey and we are delighted to begin it together with you.

- Our first activities and upcoming results, including training programmes, toolkits, and a digital platform

Mieliśmy ostatnio wyjątkowych gości z Finlandii!🇫🇮 Grupa nieco starszych, ale pełnych energii osób spędziła cały miesiąc we wrocławskich firmach, poznając nasze miasto, ludzi i… pierogi, w których absolutnie się zakochali!🥟❤️

Żegnając się poprosiliśmy, żeby wspomnieli o nas św. Mikołajowi!🎅 Teraz cierpliwie czekamy na prezenty.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting a wonderful group from Finland!🇫🇮 They were slightly older, full of energy, and spent an entire month working with various companies in Wrocław. During their stay, they fell in love with Poland — especially with our pierogi.🥟❤️

As they head back home, we asked them to put in a good word for us with Santa Claus!🎅 Now we’re waiting for our presents.

Thank you for the great time together, and we hope to welcome you back to Wrocław soon! 🌍✨
