LADY MARY HOME STAFF — SERVICE PRICE LIST
1. Job Vacancy Placement — €50
The vacancy will be posted on my Instagram page (5,000+ followers), Telegram channel, and sent to my personal candidate database.
All suitable responses will be forwarded directly to the family. The family conducts the final candidate selection independently.
Not included: reference checks, document verification, certificates, or a replacement guarantee. The final hiring decision remains the responsibility of the family.
2. “Accelerated Search in Your Area” — €473
A paid targeted advertising option for families who would like to attract candidates specifically in their local area.
Includes two weeks of active Instagram advertising, including sponsored ads displayed in users’ feeds.
3. Basic Recruitment Service — 25% of the Candidate’s Monthly Salary
The service includes:
• Verification of documents and references
• Interviews with candidates
• Preparation and formatting of CVs
• Selection of suitable candidates
• Organising interviews between candidates and employers
Payment terms:
A minimum advance payment of €473 is required when the search begins. The remaining balance — the total recruitment fee minus €473 — is payable after the candidate has completed one month of work with the family.
Replacement guarantee: 60 days.
*The advance payment amount can be discussed and agreed upon individually. €473 is the minimum advance payment required to start the recruitment process and cover advertising costs.
Important: My recruitment services are paid for by the employer. Before the candidate starts work, the employer must decide who will be responsible for the recruitment costs going forward: the employer, the candidate, or both parties in an agreed proportion. All payment terms are discussed and agreed with the candidate in advance.
4. Standard+ — 30%
Recruitment of live-in couples for families.
The service includes a full screening package:
• Document verification
• Criminal record checks
• References and calls to previous employers/families
• A trial month
• Selection of a backup couple
Advance payment is required to start the search.
