Yesterday we had the great pleasure of visiting .warsaw as part of our series! 💚

Each hotel visit opens up countless opportunities for our students – from exploring how different hospitality brands operate, to discovering behind-the-scenes magic, and shaping their own career paths in the industry.

A huge thank you to Michał Dudziński, Learning & Development Manager, who guided us through Hilton’s world. He shared insights into career paths across departments, the skills that truly matter in hospitality, and what makes the Hilton experience stand out for guests.

💡 And here’s the biggest takeaway of the day: you don’t need years of experience or a hospitality degree to start. What truly opens doors is passion, curiosity, and the drive to learn and grow.

🪄 We also had a taste of something unforgettable – the immersive dining concept “Le Petit Chef,” which turns every dinner into pure storytelling magic. One word summed it up: WOW.

On top of that, our members had the chance to introduce themselves, connect, and take their first steps as future hospitality professionals.

We are beyond proud to share outstanding news from the 21st edition of Future Leaders Forum 2026 Poland partnership with IMEX-MPI. 

Sofiya Sushkevich, our club’s Event Manager, has won the semifinal of the prestigious IMEX-MPI International University Challenge – a competition that brings together the most promising young talents in the meetings and events industry from around the world. 🤩

Her project, Nexus, impressed the judges with its modern and innovative ideas for the MICE industry. By using artificial intelligence, Sofiya suggested ways to improve the experience for attendees, making events more personalized, efficient, and engaging.

This incredible achievement means she’s heading to the global finals in Frankfurt, as part of IMEX Frankfurt — the largest event professional trade show and hosted buyer event of the year in Europe. 🔥

Sofiya will be representing Vistula University on the international stage, with all travel expenses covered by the MPI Foundation.

Moments like this inspire all of us to dream bigger and aim higher. 🚀

Sonia, go shine on that global stage! Frankfurt is just the beginning! ✨

The 21st edition of Future Leaders Forum in partnership with IMEX-MPI wasn’t just another event – it was a space built around young people, their stories, doubts, ambitions, and ideas.

A space where young voices were heard. Where doubts could be shared out loud.�Where ambitions were still evolving, and that was more than okay. 🤍

We talked honestly about success, pressure, failures, and expectations. We learned how to make networking meaningful (and a little less awkward 😉). We explored how to stand out, build a strong CV, and grow within hospitality. We saw how even small actions can create real impact. We slowed down, reconnected, and made room for both reflection and energy.

From open roundtable discussions to bold ideas presented during the University Challenge – every moment started with the participants and their perspectives.

✨ Because leadership doesn’t begin with having everything figured out. It begins with stepping into a room and realizing you belong there. And this edition brought many one step closer to that feeling.
