We neglected our side, but we will try to make up for it. This year our treasurer Sylwester Chojnowski was given Officer Travel Grant to go to the Optics and Photonics 2017 conference in San Diego. It is accompanied by Małgorzata Panek. During this conference members SPIE Chapter have the opportunity to take part in various training sessions (great training such as working efficiently during your PhD, making the most your presentation, structuring your research paper etc). This is also a great opportunity to meet people from other chapter. Stay here brings many new ideas that We will want to realize upon our return.
