How to rent a study room at the faculty (you may also find the email from the office in your student inbox):

"This is the procedure for renting a room in the Faculty building (it's a bit time consuming, so better do it in advance):

Step 1: To reserve a room at the Faculty, please write an email at: [email protected] or [email protected].

Room availability can be checked in the USOSweb directory: https://usosweb.uw.edu.pl/kontroler.php?_action=katalog2/jednostki/pokazBudynek&bud_kod=3108.

The email should include the date, time, room number and the purpose of the reservation. Please also provide the names and surnames of students who will be authorized to collect the key to the room (from the ladies in the cloakroom).

Step 2: Once you receive a confirmation you should submit the form (as attached) to the facility manager: [email protected] by email or in person (room 1.87). You only need to fill in the columns which are highlighted in the English version plus your signature at the back.

PS. On the 4th floor, there is a room for relaxation, 4218 (4.14), which is open to all students.
