This study confirms what we already know! Congrats to all the bilingual and multilingual brains out there!

I am always talking about "language learning and language fluency as a "front to back - back to front" dance in the brain and this beautifully confirms it! from cerebellum to left frontal PFC.

"New research demonstrates that learning a second language enhances brain connectivity, particularly when started in childhood. Scientists found that bilingual individuals have more efficient communication between brain regions, notably between the cerebellum and left frontal cortex.

Key Facts:
Bilinguals display stronger whole-brain connectivity than monolinguals.
Connectivity is especially pronounced in those who learned a second language young.
Enhanced brain connections can benefit attention, healthy aging, and resilience."

Crystallization - meaning!
1. the process of forming crystals.
2. the process of becoming definite and clear.

In many ways it is hard to explain what Neurolanguage Coaching really is! Because it is so so much more than just "instructing"!

When I created the concept, it was important for me to "crystallize what we are doing!" but it was not easy to really pinpoint it!

Yes, we bring in the professional coaching as the way we communicate and provide psychological safety!

Yes, we integrate the findings from neuroscience, the science of learning, neuropsychology, emotional intelligence, social intelligence!

But it is even more than that!

We interweave and interconnect everything into language learning and I can honestly say we are the only Language Coaching course in the world that interweaves and connects it all together! We join all the language learning dots!

The year was 2015 – and I really wanted to do a free speaking and flowing video, no script... as I always do when I am speaking in public…
And, well… When I watch this video today, 10k views later, I still end up having a laugh.

Let me give you some context:
In 2013, our training, the ELC Language Coaching Certification got the ICF accreditation, so the time had come for our project to start spreading knowledge about our vision and mission, and start getting teachers to transition into working as coaches.

The next obvious step was producing a video to market those coaching courses.

It was really early days for us.
Hardly anyone was talking about Language Coaching, and even fewer people had any idea what Neurolanguage coaching® was all about,

so I had to show up online and inform our audience – and I decided to go all in.

Makeup artist, an interviewer, professional lighting – the whole shebang:

Which was why I decided to go without a script.

I wanted to express myself and my thoughts in the most natural way possible to keep some spontaneity and show the real me to the audience.

I have never used and still do not use any scripts for my videos or my webinars. I like to be myself and flow into free speaking when I work,

And I encourage my coaches to do the same,
so that they can inspire others to follow suit and find their voice in another language.

The only problem with that?

When I was answering the interview questions, I kept looking up to the right while reflecting…again… and again... and so many people noticed it and started asking in the comments ...why are you looking up? Why do you keep looking up?
So many people were commenting on this, that we had to shut down the comments option!

So after that in my next videos, I had to learn to look into the camera and now as I offer so many webinars and courses online – it has become second nature.

Sitting at the airport and observing my EXCITED BRAIN! I’m feeling that little kid brain rush and I’m loving it! Why am I excited? Well there will be a lot of firsts today …. And a lot of reunions and hugs tomorrow ….

First time I fly Norwegian airlines …..
First time I’m visiting Copenhagen ……😍
First time I will have a 7 hour pause to go see the Little Mermaid and take it the new sights ….
First time I will take the late night flight from Copenhagen to Gdańsk ….
