Final Gala of the High School Business Challenge ✨

An evening that summed up months of work, challenges, and decisions made under pressure. Emotions, focus, and a strong sense of pride in the journey the participants went through across all stages of the competition.

The gala was filled with inspiring speeches and conversations about young people, responsibility, and the future of the labor market. There was also a panel discussion on Generation Z - what depends on us, and what depends on the system we operate in.

The evening ended with networking, smiles, relief, and satisfaction from closing the X edition of the High School Business Challenge.

Day 3 of the High School Business Challenge 🎤

From the morning, the final presentations were underway.
The ideas developed the day before took the stage - clarity, arguments, and the ability to defend the concept were key.

Huge thanks to the Final Jury, who evaluated each presentation with full focus and great attention:

Day 2 of the High School Business Challenge 💭

This was the moment when everything became truly real.
The finalists learned about their final challenge for the first time - and from that point on, only one thing mattered: finding the best possible solution.

8 hours of intense work.
Full focus, quick decisions, clear role division, and constant refinement of ideas.
Determination could be felt in every room.

It was a day of real focus and top-level teamwork.
The finalists handled it brilliantly - showing maturity, courage, and huge commitment. 💚

Day 1 of the High School Business Challenge - through the participants’ eyes 👀

A lot of emotions, full focus, and the first real decisions.
Workshops, negotiations, and teamwork at a high level from the very start.

Day 1 of the High School Business Challenge.

It was a strong start to the final. Official opening, first speeches, and energy you could feel from the very first minutes. The gala was opened by Entre CEO Julian Smółka and HSBC Coordinator Jakub Zakrzewski, setting the direction for three intense days.

Then it was time for action: financial workshops with Mateusz Kopiec, market sizing with Wiktor Wolski, and a negotiation round led by Mateusz Motyl. A lot of knowledge, real tools, and the first decisions made under pressure 💡

That’s how the final began - focus, ambition, and teams that stepped up to a high level right away. And this was only day one 😎

For the first time in the history of the competition, the winning team comes from Poland!
Team Ekonomiczne Dziki takes the victory by decision of the Jury - huge congratulations! 💚

Piotr, Mikołaj, Lubov and Edward,
your consistency, maturity in decision-making and way of thinking truly stood out. This win is fully deserved.

🥈 2nd place goes to Caosino
The point difference was very minimal which means that the level was extremely high.
Filip, Teodor, Jakub and Tomáš - great job, you stayed in the game until the very end.

🥉 3rd place goes to Indigo
At the final in a reduced lineup: Márton and Áron, but with strong support from Wenda and Bendegúz, who were part of this journey from the very beginning. Congratulations on your determination and a coherent project.
