How structured leadership development transformed global talent at Continental.

When Continental, a global industrial specialist operating in 40+ countries, faced the challenge of scaling effective leadership across a workforce of 190,000+ employees, they turned to Dale Carnegie Training for help.

Continental needed a reliable partner to deliver its four core leadership tracks: Leading Project Teams (LPT), Leading Self Program (LSP), Leadership Development Program 1 (LDP1), and Leadership Development Program 2 (LDP2) across the U.S. team.
