CEMS Club Warsaw is a student organization providing support for CEMS Master in International Management Program at Warsaw School of Economics.

CEMS Club Warsaw is a students’ organisation at Warsaw School of Economics, which gathers students, who currently participate in CEMS Master in International Management Programme and the prospective students of this programme. As one of the largest students’ communities at Warsaw School of Economics CEMS Club Warsaw is also engaged in many different business initiatives. CEMS Club Warsaw is formed by outperforming and ambitious students, whose aim is to develop themselves and shape the surrounding reality. Our recruitment process is created to pick candidates with widely demanded traits of character like courteousness, stubbornness, diligent and positive thinking. What is more we look for extra-ordinary interests, hobbies and values, which in our opinion distinguishes average person from a unique one. CEMS Club gathers active students and graduates of the program, as well as those who wish to participate in CEMS MIM program in the near future. CEMS Club Warsaw supports integration of academic and business environment and has helped many corporations in their promotional activities at Warsaw School of Economics. CEMS Club Warsaw is also well known for organizing huge scale projects focusing on knowledge sharing and employer branding. Its initiatives are held in different formulas and cover different industries of business:

In our activity we are supported by CEMS Club Warsaw Permanent Corporate Partners and by partners, who decide to join us in particular projects. Help we receive is both educational and financial. CEMS Club Warsaw is currently working closely with: Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Daftcode, Goldman Sachs and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. And that’s a wrap on CEMS Block Seminar 2026 at SGH!

We spent 5 days diving into mentoring and coaching skills for leadership. Under the guidance of Professor Jacek Miroński, the whole week was super interactive - less sitting through lectures and way more hands-on practice with active listening, goal setting, and giving actual constructive feedback.

A huge shoutout to Monika Humienna from P&G, who dropped by on Friday to give us a real look into how mentoring operates in corporate life. For our final project, we split into teams to design full mentoring programs for real companies, even running interactive exercises with the rest of the cohort during our final presentations.

Beyond the classroom, it was all about connecting with each other. The vibe was amazing all week long. We topped it all off on Friday night with our reception dinner 🥂

Ever wondered what actually goes into the CEMS MIM curriculum? 🌍📚

Here is a breakdown of what awaits you during your journey:

🔹 Block Seminar
Kicking off Term 1, this one-week course brings together students and professors from various CEMS schools. It tackles unique topics outside the standard curriculum from diverse cultural and academic perspectives.

🔹 Global Strategy
Learn to navigate the complex international business landscape. This course challenges you to look at managerial decisions critically and design impactful, sustainable strategies that drive transformation in global markets.

🔹 Global Leadership
Managing multinational teams requires empathy, cultural awareness, and values-first leadership. This module prepares you to lead diverse teams, communicate across borders, and inspire positive change.

🔹 Global Citizenship Seminar
A 2-day course uniting students, professors, and Corporate & Social Partners. You will engage hands-on with the Sustainable Development Goals to tackle societal and environmental challenges through social entrepreneurship and responsible innovation.

🔹 Data Analytics
As of the 2026/27 academic year, completing a cumulative minimum of 5 ECTS in data analytics elective courses is compulsory. These courses focus directly on practical application and real-world business decision-making.

🔹 Skill Seminars & Self-Leadership
Interactive workshops dedicated to soft and practical skills - from consulting and marketing to sustainability. Plus, kicking off in 2026/27, the mandatory Self-Leadership Seminar in Term 1 sets the stage for personal growth by focusing on self-awareness, self-motivation, and self-regulation.

🔹 Business Projects
Your hands-on consulting experience in Term 2! In teams, you act as real consultants for CEMS Corporate & Social Partners, solving actual business problems and evaluating the long-term sustainability impact of your solutions.

Endless trails, challenging climbs, and unbeatable views - that’s how our members spent August 27-30 in Zakopane!

We reached some of the most iconic peaks in the Tatras such as:

📍 Zawrat (2159 m a.s.l.)
📍 Giewont (1894 m a.s.l.)
📍 Kasprowy Wierch (1987 m a.s.l.)
📍 Czerwone Wierchy (Krzesanica - 2122 m a.s.l.; Ciemniak - 2096 m a.s.l.; Małołączniak - 2096 m a.s.l.; Kopa Kondracka - 2005 m a.s.l.)

Beyond the physical challenge and the stunning landscapes, it was all about the quality time spent together. From evening BBQs to late-night trail planning, this trip strengthened our bonds in the best way possible. Thank you to everyone who brought their top energy! 💙💛🔥

Dreaming of joining a global community of future leaders? 🌍 Here is everything you need to know about the CEMS MIM selection process at SGH!

The recruitment consists of two distinct stages:

🔹 Stage 1: Pre-selection (max 70 points)

Academic performance / Admission to SGH (max 40 pts): Based on your Bachelor’s GPA (min. 3.60), SGH Admission Test (min. 40 pts), or your previous degree’s GPA for international/English-track students.

Student extracurricular activity (max 20 pts): Evaluated by the SGH Student Union up to a maximum of 40 points.

Proficiency in the second foreign language (max 10 pts): Scored via SGH Language Competency Test or commercial certificates (and equivalents) translated into the CEFR proficiency scale.

➡️ Up to 80 top-ranked candidates from Stage 1 qualify for Stage 2!

🔹 Stage 2: Programme admission (max 100 points)

Interview (max 50 pts): A ~30-minute discussion with the Selection Committee covering your motivation, soft skills, and international outlook.

Assessment (max 30 pts): A comprehensive ~150-minute session conducted by the external company or SGH.

Stage 1 points (max 20 pts): Calculated as 33% of your combined score from academic performance and student extracurricular activity.

📌 Key requirements to keep in mind:
Must be an enrolled 1st-year full-time SGH Master’s student (any major).

Verified English proficiency (CEMS-recognized certificate or eligible degree taught fully in English).

Complete online applications in both the SGH platform and the CEMS recruitment website, ranking all preferred host universities.
