You are ready 💪

I help international professionals to go from "I hate" to "I love" public speaking.
Let’s talk about LOVE and SALES.
Yesterday, I was in an underwear store, browsing men’s pajamas.
The sales assistant smiled and said, “This is natural silk -great pajamas! So smooth and pleasant on the skin. You definitely NEED TO BUY HIM a present for tomorrow.”
And right at that moment, I stopped looking. I spent another minute or two there, but my desire to keep browsing disappeared. I just felt like I was being pushed to make a choice.
I just wanted to say this: never force anyone to buy something from you.
Happy Valentine’s! Ciao ♥️

🔴 Do you have one thing in your life you simply can’t stop doing? The thing that drives you in the best possible way?
For me, it’s TEDx. After five years, dozens of talks, and many speakers I’ve had the pleasure to support, I still can’t stop doing this.
I’m glad to share that this year I take part in TEDxGdansk as a speakers’ mentor.
And I’m especially excited to support one special speaker. You’ll see.

Still think your personal brand is optional? It’s not. Time to build one.
I’ve just finished the 3‑day “Visible without fear” workshop by .
Pure implementation, not theory! I left with a clear brand description, concrete strategy, upgraded AI co‑piloting skills and inspiring new connections.
Grateful for this experience, Ievgeniia! 🔥
What is your Talent from childhood?
When I was a little girl, my parents once sent me to Odesa to my grandma’s for a whole year. I spent a year there, and I also had major surgery during that time. I had a clinical death. I was 6 years old.
My parents were not even aware that I had the surgery.
And that was the best time of my life.
I would have been recovering after the surgery in the intensive care unit of the hospital, and apparently I was so communicative, talkative, and friendly with all the personnel, with the doctors and nurses who were attending my room, that they were simply surprised.
My doctor later told me that I amazed everyone with my approach, with the way I communicated with people.
But very soon, that disappeared. Somehow, when I was 7, I had already started to be a timid, shy girl, and it took many years to recover.
So when I was at that personal branding workshop today, uh, Evgenia asked us to remember a time in our childhood when we were showing our talent, which just sparked with no effort.
My talent was, and is now again, communication.
Thank you for bringing back the memories!
🔴 A rare thing to see.
A true women’s manifesto, delivered by Karina Barszczewska at TEDxWarsawWomen .
This talk disarms shame, says out loud what is usually only thought, and breaks myths you may still believe.
Dr Karina has spoken with hundreds of women who suffered in silence.
Those conversations led her to a few simple, uncomfortable questions.
Why do we still say “intimate areas” instead of simply saying v***a?
Why is a v***a exam not part of a standard gynecological visit?
Why does low s*x drive turn into guilt instead of care?
In her talk, Karina speaks openly.
No taboo. No shame. No pretending the problem does not exist.
I am proud that I had the chance to support Karina in preparing her TEDx talk.
And even though I had seen this talk many times before, I was surprised when I saw Karina on stage.
That was a blast ❤️🔥 Check it out.
Guess what?
I’ve been signing these postcards today to send to the participants of my speaking challenge.
To those who actually finished it. And there were two amazing ladies who completed all seven questions, each with two-minute, insightful answers.
Hello, Regine and Anna! 🤩
And you know what surprised me the most?

That’s the idea behind 2 Minute, my English speaking challenge for non-native speakers who want low-pressure practice.
Join my Telegram channel “2 Minute”. From January 7th, you’ll get 1 question a day for 7 days.
You record a 2-minute audio or video answering the question and post it.
One question a day. Let’s see where it takes you⚡
With this thermos from Warsaw, I’m sitting by the ocean to tell you a story about holding on tight and jumping higher. 🔥
Being in Warsaw recently, I was riding a tram when I noticed a little girl hanging from the handrail. She was dressed all in pink: a shiny pink jacket, bright pink cherry tights, and these cute pink rubber boots. As she hung from the rails, she called out to her dad: “Daddy, Daddy! Hold me tighter! I need to hang on for a long time! Hold me tighter!”
And her father stood responsibly beside her, supporting her. She continued asking: “What’s the next stop? Stawki? I’ll definitely hold on! I have to keep hanging!”
That’s how long you can hold on when someone is there supporting you.
And you know what? Her little brother started jumping up too. He stood nearby saying: “I want to hang too! I can do it too!” And he actually managed to do it. So we can jump much higher when someone near us has already succeeded.
I wish you all to jump as high as possible and hold tight to those around you.
If that’s what you want. 💛
TIP 3 - How to integrate into a new country ⚡️
When I move to a new country or start a new chapter, I always look for Toastmasters club.
It’s an international community of people growing through public speaking. But! while most come to speak, they stay for the connection. ☀️
I’ve rebuilt my life three times as a Toastmaster, in Odessa, Ukraine, then Warsaw, Poland and now Lisbon, Portugal.
Toastmasters are special, and with them, you’ll always find a fabulous crowd of people who make you feel welcome.
I also made some very dear friends of mine in Toastmasters along the way.
Hello, friends! 💛
