Dean's Instruction on absence during the exam - additional term

On the 4th of June new Dean’s Instruction on the rules for justifying the student’s absence during the exam and the procedure for obtaining an additional term came into force.

validity of student's card - update
Pursuant to Article 51b (4) of the Act on higher education and science, in the time of suspended or limited function of the University and 60 days upon its termination (at the moment 60 days from September 30th), student’s cards and teacher’s service cards are valid with no need of their extension.
The act applies also when the cards lost their validation during the 30 days prior to suspense or limitation of universities functioning.
If you are fined for lack of student card hologram do not panic :)
1. Do not pay the fine immediately.
2. Print documents below and contact Public Transport Office, ask for annulation of the fine and show printed documents.

Rector’s order no 24 of March 19, 2020 on the changes in organization of classes at SGH Warsaw School of Economics during the time of class suspension introduced to prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus causing COVID-19 disease.

Master's Dean Office will be closed since March 16th, 2020.
According to the Chancellor’s Order of March 14th, 2020 we want to inform you that our office hours are cancelled since March 16th, 2020 (Monday) which means that direct service to non-SGH employees will be suspended.
Please also note that assistants are available by phone and email. In the event of illness or vacation of assistants underway, the system sends an automatic information about which employee is responsible for taking over the service.
Direct customer service will be resumed after the period of suspension of didactic activities in connection with counteracting the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus.
