(English version below)
- Mops
- Shih Tzu
- Lhasa Apso
- Spaniel Tybetański
- Pekińczyk
- Tosa Inu
Będziemy bardzo wdzięczne za każdą pomoc!

Instrukcja pobierania materiału do badań:
- Do koperty należy przypiąć spinaczem kopię rodowodu. Rodowód będzie wykorzystany tylko do celów naukowych!

This is a sample submission form that you can print
and send us with a hair sample! :)
Support our student project! :)
Our research is based mainly on registered dogs!
But we will be happy for any help!
Any questions or doubts? Feel free to contact us! ;)
Certainly, we will explain ALL the doubts.
Don't be afraid that we need your personal information!
You can cover them, we only need to know your dog ancestors.
If you don't have a pedigree, and your dog is 'in type'
(for example - Jindo) you can send test results verifying
which breed is your dog (if you have results of this test).
We could use sample from your dog, we need some annotation e.g. photo, to be sure that breed. ;)
Remember, the most important thing for us are the hair samples!
