Polacy stworzyli nowy sposób pozyskiwania wody! Jak poinformowała Politechnika Wrocławska, nikt na świecie nie wpadł do tej pory na taki pomysł. To pierwsza na świecie woda, która nie pochodzi z ujęcia, jak wody mineralne czy źródlane, ale jest organiczna. Każdego roku tylko w Polsce przetwarzamy ponad 2 mln ton jabłek na koncentrat. Około 70% wody z tych owoców jest marnowana, bo jako pozbawiona minerałów nie nadawała się do spożycia. Tylko z jabłek produkuje się na świecie rocznie 1,4 mld litrów koncentratu, co oznacza, że bezpowrotnie marnowane jest co najmniej 7 mld litrów jedynej w swoim rodzaju wody. Polska firma opracowała rozwiązanie, które pozwala produkować zdrową i smaczną wodę z resztek owoców a naukowcy z Politechniki dzięki Prof. Bartoszowi Kaźmierczakowi dziekanowi Wydziału Inżynierii Środowiska (fot) będą ją udoskonalać.

Startup opracował technologię przetwarzania i mineralizacji wody, w efekcie której otrzymujemy czystą wodę z lekkim zapachem i posmakiem owoców, z których została wyprodukowana. Można powiedzieć, że jest to pierwsza na świecie woda z owoców, powstała w związku z produkcją zagęszczonych soków owocowych.
Świetny sposób na nie marnowanie cennego zasobu natury jakim jest woda.

Gratuluje Panu Profesorowi odwagi w wspieraniu tak innowacyjnych projektów. Twórcom lat pracy nad nim.
