SWPS University Vis Moot Team had the pleasure of conducting an internal pleading at the Linklaters Kariera office in Warsaw.
It was an extremely productive pleading, that allowed the team to further develop argumentation and oral advocacy abilities for the finale of Vis Moot in Vienna.
The Arbitrators who shared their experience and guidance with the team were Agata Zwolankiewicz and mec. Karol Macias, both esteemed participants in the Moot and experienced lawyers.
The team was in full attendance:
1. Filip Kozłowski - procedural legal counsel for the Respondent
2. Kacper Gajewski - procedural legal counsel for the Claimant
3. Miłosz Zolich - substantive legal counsel for the Claimant

W środę gościliśmy w naszym biurze studentów z SWPS University Vis Moot Team. Agata Zwolankiewicz, prawniczka w naszym zespole Rozwiązywania Sporów, wcieliła się w rolę jednego z arbitrów podczas symulacji rozprawy arbitrażowej. Arbitrzy podzielili się z uczestnikami swoim doświadczeniem i wskazówkami.
