Limiting beliefs 🌞 we all have them. But have you ever sat down and think, is what I’m believing based on things that have happened in the past to me or to someone near me?
made me realize that most of my fears don’t come from my past experiences but from experiences of people surrounding me.
Don’t surround yourself with people who are not in alignment with you. It can only fill your mind with their limiting beliefs !
Every time a LB comes to my mind I’ll ask myself, why I’m I thinking/feeling this way?🙏🏻🫶
