👉 FRAJDA is fun, joy, pleasure.
To coś, co sprawia, że się uśmiechasz 😄

You can have “frajda” when:
– pijesz gorącą czekoladę ☕️ (you drink hot chocolate)
– oglądasz świąteczne filmy 📺 (you watch Christmas movies)
– albo… wydajesz pieniądze na prezenty! 💸 (you spend money on gifts! With a smile… and a little pain!😉)

Do you believe in fortune-telling? 👀

In Poland, we celebrate a special tradition called Andrzejki! 🎉
It takes place on the night of November 29th — full of fun, laughter, and predictions about the future! 🔮✨

The most famous game is pouring wax through a key 🕯️ into cold water. When it hardens, people guess what the shape means — maybe a 💖 (love)? Or ✈️ (travel)?
Other traditions include:
👠 moving shoes toward the door – whoever’s shoe reaches first will marry next 😉
💌 drawing names of your future love
🎶 dancing and laughing – the last party before Advent!

💡 New words:

wróżba – fortune-telling

wosk – wax

klucz – key

przyszłość – future

zabawa – fun, party
