📖 New issue of The Message Times is out!📖

This week, we explore a fascinating question:
Why does uncertainty sometimes feel more familiar than peace?

We grow up learning about love, safety, and relationships through experience rather. Sometimes those early experiences continue to shape the way we connect with others long into adulthood.

In this issue, you'll find reflections on familiarity, trust, emotional patterns, healing, and the surprising difference between what feels familiar and what is truly safe.

A gentle read for anyone who has ever wondered why calmness can feel uncomfortable.
☕ Grab a cup of tea, take a quiet moment, and join us for this week's reflection.

Many people underestimate their English.

Not because they lack vocabulary or knowledge, but because they monitor themselves too much. They edit, correct, analyse, judge.

Fluency often begins where self-criticism ends.

Accept your inner critic. Accept yourself where you are in English.
And your self-critical voice will soften.

NEW ISSUE OF THE MESSAGE TIMES

🕰️Where Does the Day Go?🕰️

Many of us feel as if there is never enough time. We rush, plan, organise, and try to fit more and more into our days. Yet sometimes the problem lies somewhere else than the amount of time we have.

In this new issue of "The Message Times", we explore our relationship with time, attention, commitments, and the quiet pressure to do more.

Inside you'll find:
✨ a reflective article on finding more space in life,
✨ inspiring vocabulary,
✨ a Meaning Moment,
✨ gentle questions to help you look at your days differently.

Perhaps the goal is not to squeeze more into each day, but to carry less.

Enjoy this week's issue.

English in the Forest

There are people who learn English in classrooms.
And there are people who learn it while walking slowly through trees, listening deeply, breathing fully, and speaking naturally.

This is not a traditional language course.
It is an experience of communication, presence, and reconnection — through English and through nature.

A space for thoughtful adults who want:
~ more confidence in speaking English,
~ less pressure and performance,
~ deeper conversations,
~ meaningful human connection,
~ nervous system calm,
~ and a different relationship with language itself.

Because language changes when we stop treating it like a test and start treating it like a living experience.
