Przykre też, że Zarząd Województwa nie patrzył na to, że Dyrektor Chrobak wspaniale rozwijała szpital, podnosząc standardy opieki okołoporodowej, że szpital był wychwalany przez pacjentki, a lekarze z całej Polski przyjeżdżali do szpitala uczyć się leczenia endometriozy. Czy w Polsce ma liczyć się jedynie możliwość zabijania nienarodzonych dzieci na kwitek od psychiatry?

Zapraszamy na spotkania o Panu Bogu po angielsku. Będziemy wczytywać się w Słowo Boże i modlić się właśnie w języku Shakespeare’a. Nasze modlitwy są w duchu Taize (uczymy się pieśni). Będą także pieśni gospel, filmy i artykuły, które staną się bazą do budujących dyskusji. Ale po co w obcym języku? Kto wie, czy zdobyte umiejętności i słownictwo nie otworzą nam kiedyś możliwości wymiany doświadczenia – mówienia o Bogu lub wspólnej modlitwy – z kimś kogo ojczystym językiem jest angielski i z kim inaczej byśmy się nie porozumieli? Poziom języka dostosowujemy do umiejętności - w razie potrzeby posiłkujemy się językiem polskim, tak aby dla nikogo nie było za trudno.

We invite you for meetings About God in English. We'll read into the Word of God and pray in the language of Shakespeare. Our prayers are in the spirit of Taize (we learn the songs). There will also be gospel songs, videos and articles, which will become the basis for inspiring discussions. But why in a foreign language? Who knows if the skills and vocabulary gained will not open to us the chance to exchange experience - talk about God or pray together - with someone whose native language is English and with whom otherwise we would not have communicated? We adapt the level of language to the skills of participants and if necessary we sometimes use Polish, so that it was no too difficult for anyone.
Every Wednesday 6 p.m. Building of Duszpasterstwo Akademickie Studnia (Academic Chaplaincy 'STUDNIA'). The Place is easy to find: behind the Holy Spirit Church in the heart of Toruń's Old Town (Ul. Piekary 24) – 1st floor – "Missionary room". You should enter the first gate after turning right from Różana into Piekary St. Then second (green) door to the left.

Hello everyone!

The group About God in English would like to invite you for the mass in English which will take place on the 25th of June 2013 in the Academic Chaplaincy at Piekary Street 24.

The mass wil be celebrated by Father Adam who is leaving to London.
It will be an occasion to thank for his service in our community and parish during last few years and to meet last time this year.
