After 10 weeks of intensive online activities within the Business Gamification Lab, we were delighted to welcome students from:

🇱🇻 Transport and Telecommunication Institute in Riga, Latvia
🇷🇴 Constanta Maritime University in Romania
🇵🇱 Maritime University of Szczecin

In total, the international group included 36 students.

The official opening took place in the Senate Hall of the Maritime University of Szczecin and was led by Izabela Bodus-Olkowska, Vice-Rector for Education and Development, and Agnieszka Deja, Vice-Rector for Student Affairs. 🤝

📚 Learning, culture and integration

The programme combined simulation-based classes with cultural and integration activities. Lecturers from our University, Bogusz Wiśnicki and Piotr Wołejsza, were supported by Berdymyrat Ovezmyradov from TSI Riga.

🌍 During their stay, students also had the opportunity to:

🔹 visit the Maritime Science Centre
🔹 explore the most interesting places in Szczecin
🔹 take part in a Polish language lesson prepared by Computer Science students Paweł Dutkiewicz and Adrian Banaś

It was a valuable time of learning, international exchange and building new academic connections. 💙

These were two unforgettable days – the kind that stay with you for a long time:

👉 You explored our laboratories and tested amazing technologies – from state-of-the-art simulators, robots, and 3D printers (even printing with chocolate!), to drones, a training wind turbine, and so much more!
👉 You heard the stories of our graduates who once stood exactly where you are today and are now doing incredible things.
👉 You experienced a live rescue demonstration in storm conditions and saw the training vessel Nawigator XXI.
👉 You relaxed, had fun, and spent time in the student clubs and sports sections zones.
