On July 12, 2023, Zarif Nazyrov, the Director of the Department of Strategic Development and International Projects, took part in the University's annual consultative meeting, Study in Poland, in Warsaw, Poland.

The event was organized by the KRASP International Cooperation Committee - the Prospects Educational
Foundation. It took place at Warsaw School of Economics.

The meeting was aimed at summarizing the implementation of the Study in Poland program, approving the rules and plan of activities for the next academic year, as well as discussing the priorities of the key employment markets. Such an exchange of information and experience between representatives of education institutions and public authorities allows enhancing the quality of training and developing universities in Poland.

Zarif Nazyrov's participation in this event stresses the importance of cooperation of international educational programs and encourages the support of foreign students in fulfilling their educational and career ambitions. Besides, the initiative provides the cultural exchange, expands students' horizons and strengthens cooperation between the countries.

On June 27, 2023, International European University hosted the second day of the two-day Intensive Training in Tactical Ultrasound Based on the FAST
Protocol by the French Mehad NGO (Ex-UOSSM, France).
Eighteen trainees took part in the training under the guidance of three experienced instructors.
Participants learned basic principles of heart and vascular examination, vascular access setting, T-FAST protocol, and passing the exam. The focus was made on practical skills. Mentors actively used real-life clinical scenarios and simulation models to help participants master skills and procedures.
Ultrasound in tactical medicine plays a crucial role in providing emergency medical care on the battlefield or in emergencies. The rapid and accurate ultrasound diagnostics allows medical personnel to make quick decisions on the treatment of victims.
Attendees have acquired valuable knowledge and practical skills that will be helpful in emergencies.
International European University congratulates all participants on successful completion of the second day and wishes them success in further tactical ultrasound operations!

On June 26, 2023, International European University hosted the first day of the two-day Intensive Training in Tactical Ultrasound Based on the FAST Protocol by the French Mehad NGO (Ex-UOSSM, France) ( UA, )

Eighteen trainees under the guidance of three instructors mastered the basics of ultrasound and learned how to examine the abdomen, lungs, bones and soft tissues. The second day is dedicated to heart and vascular examination, vascular access setting, T-FAST protocol, and passing the exam. 80% of the program covers practical skills.

The ultra-portable ultrasound device can be used at any stage of trauma care. Its application is often an integral part of the damage control examination. These skills can save someone's life in extreme conditions.

It is the second time and definitely not the last that such tactical ultrasound trainings take place at International European University, so you can fill out the registration form https://bit.ly/42I4heZ (waiting letter) to be invited to the next training. The training focuses on the following priority specialties: emergency team physicians, surgeons, anesthesiologists/resuscitators, emergency medicine physicians and emergency room physicians. However, any doctor can take part in the training.

All expenses for the training organization are reimbursed by the MEHAD NGO in partnership with International European University.
Training is conducted using Sonosite Turbo (USA) equipment, CardioSystems (France) and Vscan Air (Norway) wireless ultrasound transducers.

Please note that participation in the training is possible only after registration and confirmation of participation by the Mehad NGO administrator.

To be a doctor is to help people, alleviate pain and make them feel better. Doctors can really help people. 😌

Medicine is a science that we apply constantly.
Doctors generate hypotheses based on medical histories and physical examinations and challenge them with imaging and tests. And those methods themselves rely on scientific thinking to carry them out and interpret the results.

If you've got an inquiring mind with some sharp critical thinking skills, you'd never get bored.

👨‍⚕️Medicine is a wonderful blend of knowing a lot and being able to do a lot with that knowledge. If you become a doctor or surgeon, you can apply those dusty old facts through countless practical procedures on a day-to-day basis.
