🐻✨ I had only just posted birthday wishes for Winnie-the-Pooh turning 100… and now another British legend is celebrating the same incredible milestone. 🌍🦋🦍🐢
🌍🦋🦍🐢Today, the world celebrates the 100th birthday of Sir David Attenborough — the man who taught millions of people to look at nature with wonder, respect and care. 💚
For many people in Poland, he is a little bit like Krystyna Czubówna — a legendary voice connected with nature documentaries. But Sir David was never “just” the voice. He personally travelled across the world, explored jungles, deserts and oceans, stood face to face with wild animals and brought those experiences directly to us. 🌿🌊🦍
For decades, he has taken us on journeys to the wildest corners of our planet, showing us breathtaking sights many of us would never experience otherwise. Thanks to him, forests, oceans, animals and fragile ecosystems were given a voice.
A beautiful symbol of this milestone is the video in which King Charles III sends “creature couriers” to deliver birthday wishes to Sir David. 🕊️👑 It feels like the perfect tribute — because few people have ever been so deeply connected to the natural world.

100 years of Winnie-the-Pooh 🧸🍯
Can you believe it? I couldn't 😮
When I was a child, I absolutely loved reading the stories about Pooh and his friends and watching the cartoons. Their adventures in the Hundred Acre Wood felt magical to me. ✨🌳
Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Eeyore and the others were not just funny characters – they taught gentle lessons about friendship, kindness and enjoying the simple things in life. 💛
Even today, thinking about those stories brings back such warm, fond memories. It’s amazing how a little bear with a love for honey has been making children (and adults!) smile for a whole century. 🍯😊
Thank you, Pooh, for the laughter, the comfort and the childhood memories that stay with us forever. 🧸
