HERE Summer School Poznań 2019

Hi all,
Today we will have a round of final presentations at the university at 16:00. Afterwards we will have a short closing ceremony.
In the evening we will all meet at Rusałka beach - we did the reservation at the outside bar, so we can have a farewell meeting there.

Hi all,
We meet at 11 in fron of the building. The bus to the train station leave at 11:15, the train leaves at 12:02.
You will get a sandwich, water, apple and banana for the road. We should start kayaking around 13:30 and will finish around 18. Than Will have a bonę fire with sausages and some snacks. We will come back around 21-22 to the dormitory.
Please take a bag for your food and jacket in case of rain. According to the weather forecast there wont be raining anymore today. But Just in case...

Tomorrow meeting for the kayak trip at 11:00 at the entrance to the dorm.

If you’d like to take part in a city game, we will meet at the main square at 19 (stairs to the city hall).
The game will take appx. 2h.
We need minimum 10 people.

In case you want to join us for the evening activities, we will stay at Rusałka beach from 19 on. We will do some outdoor activities ⚽️🏐🏸🥏🥊🛷⛄️.

Dear guests!
We hear about many travel issues on your way to Poznań. If you will not make it to the dormitory before 15:00, Please go straight to the university campus. However, if you will not make it to the openning ceremony and arrive in Poznań after 18, Please go to the dormitory. We Will Come back there from the uni after the workshop is over.

Hello!
We cannot wait top see you in Poznań in 5 days! Yesterday you should receive email with all the details regarding the Agenda of the school, logistics and localization. In case you have any questions - just email us or drop a message on the Facebook.
Remember not to forget 🌞sunscreen, 🧢 hat and 👟comfortable shoes.
In a probable occurrence or rain, you may need 🌂an umbrella or 🧥 rain jacket.
For those who are into 🏊‍♂️ swimming, take your 👙🥽swimming gear and towel - there is a lake nearby the dormitory. We will also do some other sports ⚽️🏀🏸 - there is also a sport complex in the neighborhood.
We plan 🛶a kayaking trip on Friday. There is no special gear that you need to have - everything will be provided by the organizers, however it is good to have shorts, 🧢 hat, 🕶 sunglasses and flip-flops or sport shoes. The river flows in the forest, there is a chance you might need some repellents against 🦟mosquito.
If you travel by 🚂 train to Poznań, please keep your printed tickets - we will reimburse you with your travel costs upon arrival.
